Motivated volunteers can make a huge difference in the community.
At the Changeover social event on June 17th, 2025 at Rotary year-end, the Stittsville Rotary Club thanked Co-President Dave for his dedication to the club in the past year. He commented: “Our club continues to make a huge difference in the lives of a large number of people, in our community, across Canada and globally. I continue to be amazed at just how much can be achieved by motivated volunteers like “our” Rotarians. Their selfless efforts give us a better world for everyone.”
* Paul Harris awards were presented to 3 individuals to recognize their outstanding commitment to the Rotary motto, Service above Self.
* Name badges were presented to Friends of Rotary, a new volunteer group within the club established just this year, to express the club’s appreciation for their volunteer efforts in support of the club’s activities.
* Co-President Annette moves to the Club President’s role beginning July 01, 2025.
