Rotarian Grace Bell receives Paul Harris Award

Grace Bell receives a Paul Harris Fellow from District Governor Ariane Carriere.

The District Governor was welcomed by Club President Rosemary Brummell.  Governor Carrier then named Grace a Paul Harris Fellow and presented her with a Paul Harris pin.  Grace thanked Ariane and assured her she would wear the pin with pride.
