Bowelscan Program – May 2018
80 Australians die from Bowel cancer every week, but it's very curable if you catch it early. And that's what Rotary's $15 Bowelscan test kit is designed to do.
The Bowelscan test kit is very convenient. There are no dietary restrictions prior to using it, and handling is easy. The kit includes easy to follow instructions, and a return paid envelope for posting it back for free pathology testing. Soon after, you'll be notified of the result.
Recommended for everyone 40 and over, the kits will be available from participating pharmacies listed below, during May 2018. If you have a family history of bowel cancer, consider using the kit annually from age 25, or as recommended by your GP.
A WIN NEWS Bowelscan video at www.altonacityrotary.org.au provides further information.
