Leon Colla (former Principal of St Mary's Primary School), who is a life-long learner, discussed his experiences at a Centre for Biblical Schools in Jerusalem. The purpose of the course was an immersion in culture, with visits to places discussed in the Scriptures including the "Wailing Wall", and "Damascus Gate," and also a visit to Oskar Schindler's grave. A fascinating history, and a complex situation as the heart of Christendom, the heart of Judaism, and the historical heart of Islam.
Open Day at the DIK Store on Saturday March 23rd. This is an opportunity for members to visit the store between 10am and 3pm and see just what the store can provide for projects that you might have in mind. It can also serve as a great thought starter for projects. We would love to see you there.
Suggest we can meet at DIK AT 11AM and then for those who are interested we can go and have some lunch together.
I will have an interest sheet at our meeting on Monday the 18th March 2019
As you can see from the list below, we currently do not have a Bulletin Editor, a Program Manager, or a Membership Team Leader. Please consider how you can best serve the Club this coming year.
