Altona City Rotary eBulletin: 3 Dec. 18
President's Notes
Hi Everyone,

This week we heard from Helen Carr and the marvellous ways that Carers Australia (Victoria) provide support, advocacy and services to the approximately 1 in 8 people who are carers for people with disability, mental or chronic illness and the aged.

It was my pleasure to induct John Shaw as the newest member of Altona City Rotary and I am sure he will be made most welcome.

Early bird registrations for the Multi-District Conference on 15-17th Feb closes on Friday 30th Nov – get in now and save!

We have a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle on Saturday 8th of December – confirm your availability with Charlie M if you haven’t already

Our Christmas break up will be on Monday 10th December - $35 for a 3 course meal. Partners are most welcome. Please confirm numbers with Frank and pay Treasurer Maureen to minimise payments on the night.

We will return after the Christmas break on the 14th of Jan with a social night and need to confirm numbers with Frank via email.

Barry advised us of the date of Clean Up Australia Day – 3 March 2019 at the 100 Steps.

Yours in Rotary,

P Bronnie
