30,456 Meals Packed with Kids Against Hunger

30,456. That's the number of meals Rotary, Our Savior's Lutheran, and other volunteers packed on May 11 for Kids Against Hunger Sioux Falls!

 

Volunteers started working the day before to get everything ready for the big packing event including set-up, packing meals, and clean-up. Parker Transfer also donated their time and equipment to make packing at Our Savior's Lutheran Church a possibility. 

 

Many of the meals packed that night have already been shipped to Haiti where they will be distributed to those who need it.
