ROGER SHELDEN - GAPE
A plan has been set out for 2020 with the key dates determined.
The major task the committee is working on now is to bed down and confirm our sponsors. To date we have commitments for 9 sponsors for $14,500 and we have another week before we follow up the rest. This is going well and expect over the next few weeks to finalise the remaining sponsors.
The dates that members need to be aware of are:
- Registrations open 1st January 2020
- Set up at Signal Point 25 & 26th March
- Receival of exhibits Sat 28th March (we ask for full support of members)
- Hanging works Mon 30th March to Wed 1st April - Roster
- Friday 3rd April evening Preview - Roster
- Open to public Sat 4th to Sat 18th April (includes Easter & School Hols) - Roster
- Dispersal - Sunday 19th April (we ask for full support of members)
- Clean up Monday 20th April.
If all goes to plan, this will raise close to $30,000 for the club – we need your full support.

The 4 WAY TEST
Remember this motto as it should be what we live by:
Of the things we think, say or do
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
