We had a few visitors join us on the 9th. Bill brooks a guest of the club, Wendy Lippett A visiting Rotarian from St Peters, And Judy Miller our guest Speaker. Troy attended also from the local gym to hear her story.
Greg as Sgt introduce President Di who thanked the GAPE committee, all Rotarians and others who made GAPE a huge success.
Di reminded us of the visit to the Adelaide Art Gallery for the Impressionist Exhibition on the 7th May. Please advise Dii of your attendance.
Janet Tapping donated money from the sale of their boat to Yvonne Hurrell for awheelchair.
A no vote resulted on the opportunity to spend 2 days at Waipinga cooking breakfast & lunch on 5 & 6 May.
Roger Shelden offered thanks for haelp with GAPE. 116 items sold and with door takings the initial profit is in range of $29k. Yet to be finalised.
Kevin Hales will do the Middleton notice Board while Greg is away.
PP Nanette Davis introduced our Guest Speaker Judy Miller Pharmacist from Victor Harbor
Judy talked to us about her health issues over the past few years and her personal journey, with her husband to rectify this. Between them they have lost more than 80kg. Judy has changed their eating program as documented by Dr Mark Harmon. No processed foods, 10 day diabetes detox, no wheat, grains, soy, caffeine and alcohol.

Much happier.

Roger Shelden asked if Di Keach would be prepared to accept nomination to stand as President Elect. (President 18/19) Di agreed to stand.
Unanimous vote to accept with applause.
Alan Williams nominated Noeline Biermann as President Nominee. (President 19/20). Noeline Biermann accepted the nomination.
Unanimous vote to accept with applause.
Jim Davis raised the need for increased donations to Polio Plus to $5000 by June 30th 2019. Supported by Kevin Hales & Alan Williams. Discussion followed.
