The 2020 Exhibition was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this is the rescheduled event.

The outstanding venue of Signal Point Gallery with hanging space for approx. 700 works

will attract Artists and Photographers of national significance.

Located at Goolwa’s historic waterfront precinct with tourist attractions including Hectors , and Steam Brewery & Fleurieu Distillery.

Open to public Saturday 27th March to Monday 5th April 2021 (including Easter weekend)

Over 2,500 visitors expected.

TOTAL $22,250 of 21 individual cash awards

The “2021 Alexandrina Art Prize” $10,000 for best Painting (Acquisitive)

PLUS 10 other cash prizes from $1,500 to $250.

Cash prize for Under 18 entrants.

Cash prize for People’s Choice entrant.

Photographic $5,750 (10 awards)

The “Goolwa Shopping Centre” $2,000 for best Photograph.

This must be read and understood prior to submitting your entry. Labels to be attached to back of all Exhibits.

Entries:

Entry Fees are:- $15 for each Small size, $22 for each Mid size and $35 for a Large size exhibit.
Entry fee for U18 is $10 up to 650mm on longest side including frame.

Exhibits – Size & Restrictions:

The MAXIMUM length of the longest side of any exhibit shall not exceed 650mm for SMALL SIZE works, 1000mm for MID SIZE works and 1500mm for LARGE SIZE works. Dimensions to include frame.
Weight not to exceed 7kg
Pairs (diptych) or trios (triptych) will be accepted as one entry (subject to size limits above). When completing entry show in Title eg " My Art Picture - Diptych" Note these are accepted, displayed and sold as one exhibit and price.

Changes to Registration details:

Changes can be requested by email to goolwaexhibition@gmail.com . An updated registration confirmation will be sent by email.
NO CHANGES can be made on entries e.g. Title, Medium or Price after entries close on Sunday 21st February 2021

Exhibits – Framing:

Each work submitted must be suitably framed or mounted for hanging & sale. Suitable picture wire only (no fishing line/cord etc) affixed using D-Rings.
Canvas staple heads to be finished off and covered (tape or battens)

Delivery of Exhibits – Personal

Works must be delivered by hand to the Signal Point Gallery between 10am and 3pm on Saturday 20th March.
