The Allocations Committee recommends the distribution of funds raised by Port Arthur Rotary to benefit Groups or Organizations within the community, fairly and wisely. Specifically, we try to provide seed money to get worthy projects up and running. (Community generated projects are ideal), and we favour projects for youth, elderly, health-care, and community projects that benefit large number of residents of Thunder Bay.
