Winmalee United Soccer Club Presentation Day

In relation to our discussion bearing in mind we have a reasonable amount of time for planning and ‘fine-toothing’ the details, we, the Rotary Club of Springwood, will run a BBQ during your presentation day from 9am to 3pm. 

We will provide and cook all the food; at this stage you anticipate that your Club will offer all the children members of the Club free sausage sizzles but parents/adults will buy their own.

Anticipating ~700 children and will get back to us with approximate numbers of adults expected to attend.

The venue of the presentation day will be Winmalee Primary School grounds which has undercover facilities.
