The Rotary Club of Yorkton supports community and world community service projects.

Local project:

RAD Rotary Reading Program - Rotarians partner with Dr. Brass Community School to help children improve reading schools by reading with them.
Meals on Wheels - Rotarians deliver meals on wheels every Friday at noon.
SIGN Senior's Mobility Car - the club has been a long time sponsor of the senior's mobility car, which provides low cost transportation to senior citizens in the city of Yorkton.

World Community Service Projects:

Our club has sponsored the following world community service projects:
  • Ripple Effect Program in Guatemala -  to help build, equip and support schools for children in grades K to 6.
  • Shelterbox - to provide emergency shelter and lifesaving supplies that families need to survive in the immediate aftermath of a disaster.
  • Purchase of kitchen equipment for a hospital in Gujarat, India
