Another busy week with more to come as you can see on the calendar.....

Good news- Neville comes home today, (Tuesday), after his stint in hospital He was looking forward to it when I spoke to him on Monday,  nothing like being home in your own bed. He would love a visit once he settles back in.

From all reports Bob M, Bob C, Fred & Gerry had a good morning on Sunday cooking breakfast at Fort Scratchley, however there were nearly a few accidents when the fort gun was fired without warning! Thanks for helping out & special thanks to Procare, (HPCA) for providing what is to all accounts a great BBQ setup. Hope you all have done a food handling course eh?

Moving along its all systems go for our trip to Murrurundi to support their celebrations. Thankyou to the members & friends who are coming along! Just because the train was cancelled we shouldn't stop supporting such a small club in their endeavours to raise funds for their community. Talking to Robyn Stanford this week they have increased their membership from 4 to 8. For the record Murrurundi has a population  of around 800 & 30 service clubs... amazing isn't it?

Bob C reported on the Trivia night after their meeting on Monday night.  All seems to be going along well but Bob asked if you are bringing prizes for the raffle please think of something else other than  a bottle of wine.

As there is only a small contingent interested in going to Cardiff on 13 November should the club be reversing it's decision to cancel the meeting on the Monday? My vote is we hold our regular meeting, anyone else??

Our guest speaker for the evening will be reported on as usual by Bob C.

Registrations are now open for the District Conference at Mudgee in March 2016, I have supplied a link for you on the home page. If you want reasonably priced accommodation get in early as nearly everything is booked out!

To date still waiting for some contributions to the newsletter.

Well, like like Bugs Bunny says "that's all folks"
