Bearbrass Probus Yea Spring Spectacular
Join other Bearbrass Probus Members in our very own Bearbrass Racing Marquee
at
The Yea Spring Country Race Meeting
Saturday 12th November – Gates open at 11 am
Marquee provides shade and shelter, chairs and one large picnic table
Cost:
Access to the Bearbrass Probus Marquee: $25.00 per person
Entry fee to event: - Purchased separately by individual,
$10.00 online ticket purchase or $15.00 at the gate, on the day/
To secure a marquee we need to have a minimum of 10 people to pay $25.00 by Sunday 18th September:

(If for any reason, the event doesn’t go ahead, the $25.00 will be refunded back into your account)
Options for catering:
- BYO picnic lunch
- Share picnic lunch (TBC)
- Purchase from local food vans
- BYO Alcohol or purchase on course, at reasonable prices
Come for the day or come for overnight or week-end
Options for accommodation will be provided at a later date – accommodation is purchased and booked independently
Travelling there: 130 kms from Melbourne by car – Options to drive and/or be a passenger with other Probus drivers – (TBC)

Yea is approximately 2 hours from Melbourne's Southern Cross Station via Vline services. Please note that connecting coaches from Seymour are also included in your event entry, please check back at a later date for further information. Heritage sites around the town include the Railway Station buildings, Purcell’s General Store (now Marmalades Restaurant), Beaufort Manor (1876), Yea Shire Hall (1894), the Post Office (1890), and the nearby Yea Flora Fossil Site, where the most ancient leafy foliage so far found on earth was discovered.
