Citizens Climate Lobby

I am a the local group leader for Citizens Climate Lobby. We are a nonpartisan group of volunteers with more than 500 chapters and 120,000 members. We are working to create political will for climate solutions. CCL is unique in several ways. We focus on working with Congress to create a robust national policy on climate and energy. We build relationships with every member of Congress, based on respect, appreciation, and gratitude. We are optimistic. We believe that democracy works when ordinary citizens are actively involved-personal empowerment is one of our core values.
