Directors & Committee Chairs
Dr. Charles Grant is the former Chairman & CEO of Continuing Education Association International (CEAI).  He spent 35 years in education and was a teacher and administrator for ten years in a Texas public school system prior to spending 25 years in community college education. He has served as an Instructor of Management Development, Director of Continuing Education, Dean of Continuing Education, Vice President of Instruction, and ten years as a College President. Dr. Grant holds, an Associate in Arts (AA) degree from San Jacinto College, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from Sam Houston State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Texas A&M University.
He is past President of the North Shore Rotary Club, past Assistant Governor for Rotary District 5890, and past Chairman of the Worldwide Rotaract Committee, a program of Rotary International. He also was the Group Study Exchange (GSE) Team Leader to Sydney, Australia. Additionally, he is past Chairman of the North Channel Area Chamber of Commerce, and most recently served as the President  & CEO. He served on the board of the Economic Alliance - Houston Port Region for eight years and held the position of Treasurer, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board. He is a member of many civic and educational organizations. 
Maria Bossa has spent 25 years in education. She has been a teacher of English at different levels in Argentina, Chile and online. She has served as a co-moderator for the BaW (Becoming a Webhead) Sessions, ICT4ELT Sessions and now she is part of the Coordination Team of the EVO (Electronic Village Online) Sessions sponsored by TESOL. She is an International Exchange Alumni for the US Embassy in Argentina and an Ambassador for the SimpleK12 Teachers Community.
Maria was Secretary of Rotary Club Rio Tercero; she has been the Executive Secretary and the Rotaract mentor for her club. Within the 4815 District, Maria has been the District International Service Chair and Coordinator of the Training Committee. She has also been Secretary of the International Fellowship of Rotary E-clubs and Secretary of the ETA (Encuentro Trinacional de Asesores Rotarios)
Lee Brown currently serves as the principal of Cloverleaf Elementary in Galena Park ISD. He has served in that capacity for the past 9 years.  He previously worked as an elementary assistant principal, high school and middle school coach/teacher and elementary teacher all in Galena Park ISD. He has a total of 25 years of experience in education. He earned his Bachelors of Science and Master of Education Degrees from Stephen F. Austin University.
Lee has been a member of North Shore Rotary since November 2009. As a Rotary member he has served as a board member and is currently serving as a co-chair for the membership committee.
