"WINEMAKING - FROM HARVEST TO BOTTLE"
 
I will be showcasing 4 wines (2 whites and 2 reds)
 
Whites:         
1.  St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc
2.  Robert Mondavi Fume Blanc
 
            Reds:           
1.  Rioja Crianza or Reserva
 2.  Rioja Gran Reserva
 
There is no cost for the class but participants will be providing the wines.     Bring 2 wine glasses to sample and a dish to share.   Water will be provided
