Craig Gregory, Shelton Public Works Director, joined us to provide some updates and answer questions on the road changes and construction going on.  Thank you to him for providing us with information and showing us the future projects!

The Oysterfest Committee has their first meeting on July 1st, 2019 at 1pm in the 1912 building's meeting room (upstairs above the Railroad Tap Station).  Make sure you go!  Contact Tracy Mettier if you have any other questions.
Recognition was given to the investors over $100 for RPAC!  Thank you to all who have donated and we appreciate your support!

All 3 received a $1000.00 scholarship!
Next month, the Nominations committee will present a slate of officers who have agreed to run for offices.  Nominations will also be open from the floor to allow all MCAR members to run for a BOD position for 2020.  The election will take place in the September meeting; but a ballot will go out on August 30th.
October 25th will be the HIB at PUD#3.  Make sure this gets in your calendar!  Andy Conklin will be presenting the PowerPoint presentation of Mason county stats & changes, and we are looking forward to his presentation!  James Young from the Runstad center for Real Estate Research at the UW will also be present.  You don't want to miss this!
Our July meeting will be on Friday the 19th.  There won't be an August meeting so you can all go rock it!
