Mason County Association of REALTORS®

The Association Executive is responsible for developing, maintaining, and reviewing policies and procedures; core standards requirements of the National Association of REALTORS®; and the strategic plan. The Association Executive leads the organization with the Board of Directors to ensure that they provide quality service for their members.

Essential duties include:

  • Work with the Board Of Directors “BOD” to update and provide direction on the strategic plan
  • Monitor organization structure and culture and make recommendations for changes when appropriate
  • Must be able to work remotely and independently using association provided hardware. A strong knowledge of MicrosoftⓇ Office, Google, Social Media Platforms, and Zoom is a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with the association leadership and to direct and communicate with technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Have good organization and planning skills
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with personnel from statewide local boards.
  • Provides member development, relay information from the state, and organize and publicize service programs.
  • Maintains the state member database and manages other NAR reporting requirements.

  • Looking for a part time/salaried position. Pay will be based on applicant's experience. Base salary starts $16,000 (tbd)
