October 20th Mason County Association of Realtors was proud to host the 2017 HOUSING ISSUES BRIEFING.
The Event was held at the PUD#3 attended by over 50 attendees. The speakers were Mike Luis from Luis and Associates and James Young from the Runstad Center for Real Estate Research at the UW.
Both gave great incites to the housing market both from a historical view and the present market. Andy Conklin finished off with a great presentation of the local area market with NWMLS as source.
