39 REALTORS attend the Code of Ethics Class

The Code of Ethics class given free to MCAR members (March 30, 2016) was a big hit. The National Association of Realtor required COE training for all REALTORS, is to bring awareness of the standards which REALTORS are held to.

Washington Realtor instructor, Mark Kitabayashi did a great job instructing 39 Realtors on the meaning and the use of the CODE OF ETHICS that have been a around for over 100 years.

The Code of Ethics sets REALTORS apart from the merely licensed Real Estate agent. There is a process and a requirement for filing complaints by both the public and other members.

The parting comments of those that attended were very positive. The Education committee did a great job! The class went so well we hope to offer it again before the end of the 2016 quadrennial cycle.
