Every December, the public is welcome to donate and attend our
Mason County Association of REALTORS® Installation Dinner.  This most-attended event of the year is a warm and welcoming annual event where our community gathers to celebrate the installation of our new Board of Directors for the coming year.
It’s an evening filled with great food, drinks, and good company—all while raising support for two meaningful local causes.  100% of our auction goes to our local Mason County community.
 
Whether you join us for the celebration or contribute through a donation, your involvement helps make a real impact right here in Mason County.

THE AUCTION
One of the highlights of the evening is our lively Installation Dinner Auction, where everyone in attendance is welcome to jump in and bid! The auction features a wide variety of items—everything from beautifully curated wine baskets to Discovery Passes, local experiences, and delicious food-themed packages. It’s a fun and friendly way to take home something special while supporting our Mason County community.
The public is welcome to attend and bid on any item!  Checks and credit cards are accepted.

We Welcome Donations—Big or Small!

Each year, our auction is made possible by the generosity of local businesses, organizations, and community members who donate items of all kinds. Truly—no donation is too big or too small. Whether it’s a gift card, a themed basket, an experience, event tickets, handmade goods, or anything else you’d like to contribute, it all helps make our auction a success.

As a thank-you for supporting Mason County, every donating business or individual receives recognition throughout the event. Your company name is announced at the start of the auction and again when your item is introduced for bidding. Plus, your logo will be featured on the flyers displayed throughout the venue during the evening. It’s a wonderful way to support two meaningful causes while also showcasing your business to the community.

25% of the proceeds from our auction go directly to the Boys & Girls Club of North Mason, an exceptional nonprofit dedicated to giving local youth a safe, welcoming environment each school day. This Club provides free membership for grades 6-12, nutritious meals and snacks, homework help, technology access, arts, sports, STEM programs and more. 
In 2024, the funds from our auction helped the Club replace and upgrade computers for student use and bolster their on-site pantry—much like our support for Angels & Cherubs—ensuring young people in our community have access to tools and resources they need to thrive. We’re proud to partner with them and grateful that your participation makes all of this possible.
