Club Meeting at Leucadia Pizza

Please join us at 6:00pm this Wednesday at Leucadia Pizza for our regular club meeting. There will be food, drinks, and you'll hear about upcoming events and service opportunities.

Our speaker this week is Pamela Madden, Community Relations Manager and the Ticketing Manager from the San Diego Legion, Major League Rugby Team, and she will present about the upcoming season.

SD Coastal Rotary is family-friendly and kids are always welcome. Guests can let us know if they'll be attending through RSVP on Facebook.

The Peace Day Challenge

Jill McManigal visited us last week and told us about her nonprofit, Kids for Peace. Kids for Peace is promoting the Peace Day Challenge, on September 21, which is one day devoted to celebrating the International Day of Peace. We challenge you to complete as many acts of peace as possible.This is a great activity to help introduce children to the concept of peace and how to be a peacebuilder.
