President Jeff gave us an update about all the exciting things happening the next few months!
After a number of club members shared good news and their recent acts of kindness supporting others, President Jeff got down to business about upcoming fundraising efforts and service projects! Next week is our drive-through collection of gift cards to support the Santa Shop with the Chula Vista Community Collaborative. Toy drives usually provide the presents for young children but teens are often forgotten, so gift card are provided to support the teenagers within the family! Gina shared about a potential Haunted House Halloween Drive-Through to support Polio Plus in October. Our dedication to support Global Grant "Train for Change" is still happening, and we greatly appreciate Maxie Gluckman's go-getter efforts to raise the money needed to assisting education in Honduras. Stay tuned for final details on many service projects coming up this fall!
