Shannon Morrison – Resource Development Manager

Shannon Morrison is the Resource Development Manager, within the Advancement team at Community HousingWorks, focused on fund development and corporate sponsorship. She joined Community HousingWorks in 2019.  Shannon brings over 10 years of Advancement experience, with positions at the San Diego Natural History Museum, the University of California San Diego, and the Academy of Our Lady of Peace. Shannon has successfully managed many events, fundraising appeals, and membership programs. Shannon has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Tiffany La Mar – Resource Development Associate

Tiffany La Mar is a fund development and community engagement professional.  As the current Resource Development Associate for Community HousingWorks (CHW), Tiffany’s work focuses on helping her department reach its annual revenue goals through a combination of donor stewardship, cultivation, giving campaigns, event planning, communications, community engagement, administrative and systems support.

The former track and field athlete from the University of California, Los Angeles has since refocused that competitive greatness to advocate for volunteerism, as well as personal and professional development within her communities.  She enjoys connecting businesses with one another, mentoring youth and young adults, and applying that same passion to her work at Community HousingWorks.
