In 2005-2006, then District Governor Bob Watson from District 5340 had a dream. He envisioned a time when Rotarians around the world would be doing hands-on community projects on the same day. DG Bob’s dream has grown from a joint district event to encompass Rotary clubs & districts throughout the world.
This year Santee-Lakeside Rotary will be helping out at the Morning Glory Brunch, known for its tasty bites and beverage tastings, live music, shopping, and our signature frog race. The proceeds raised at the event support our Aquatic and Garden Programs we offer to over 400 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
