New Member Info
Interested in OAPSA?  Want to learn more?   Welcome to Membership in the Ohio Association of Pupil Service Administrators or what’s fondly referred to as OAPSA!  I am so excited that you signed up to be a member for this school year!  I assure you that OAPSA will keep you informed and connected with your colleagues around the state.   To get you started, here are some steps for you to do!
  1. Once you receive confirmation of your payment of your membership dues for this current school year from our OAPSA treasurer, Gwenn Spence, your member account will be created on ClubRunner, which is our website and app member service.
Please take a moment to set up your new password for our website by clicking the link below or copy and pasting the URL below into your browser:

Once you have reset your password, you can then login and access the secure member’s area of our website.  I encourage you to also add a photo of your face to your profile section so members can connect your name with your face.

  1.  OAPSA emails should start arriving within a week of when you get the confirmation of your payment email message from Gwenn.

  1. If you have any problems accessing our website or receiving our email message please reach out to OAPSA Membership Team Member, Paul M Kidd at oapsa.membership@gmail.com and Paul will provide you assistance.

  1. OAPSA also has an app.   To download the app from the Apple App Store or from Google Play, simply type in “ClubRunner” into the search bar. Our mobile app is compatible with all versions of the Iphone, Ipad, Ipod touch sets that have iOS of 8.0 or later and with versions of the Androids that are 4.0.3 or better.  One of the things you will notice immediately on the app is that you are able to access directory information for all of our OAPSA members.   That means you will be able to “Call a Friend” quickly when needed!

  1. Are you “new” to your position?    (We let each individual define new…)    Navigating the first few years as a Special Education Administrators can be really tough! But add in a pandemic and supporting staff, students and families while students are returning to school or adapting to a new virtual curriculum and - wow –  there’s a lot on our plates this year!    OAPSA is here for you and offers monthly mentoring and support sessions.   Meetings take place virtually throughout the school year.  The mentees drive the agenda.  To register for the mentoring program, click here: Mentoring & Support for New Special Education Administrators
