On August 13, at the Statewide System of Support Institute, Donna Stelzer, OAPSA Executive Director, updated staff from ODE, SST's and ESC's on the progress which the Ohio Association of Pupil Services Administrators (OAPSA) is making toward their purpose and announced OAPSA's new affiliation with the Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE). OAPSA is proud to partner with ODE, SST's and ESC's to continue progress on Ohio's Strategic Plan for Education for 2019-2024 - Each Child Our Future!
