OAPSA Selects New Executive Director
Dee Hepperly, President of the Ohio Association of Pupil Services Administrators has announced their new Executive Director. She is Mrs. Donna Stelzer, who has been a part of OAPSA for many years and served on the Executive Board from 2010-2015. Mrs. Stelzer replaces Dr. John Opperman who recently retired as OAPSA’s first Executive Director.
OAPSA is a strong and active affiliate member of NAPSA. Congratulations to Mrs. Stelzer. We look forward to Donna’s leadership for future growth in the field of student/pupil services.
