He specializes in business and strategic planning, metrics development, community and millennial engagement, and impact assessment for a wide array of Third Plateau’s clients. Jonathan holds a B.A. in Religion and Political Science from Vassar College and an MBA in Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was a Danforth Scholar, received the Dean’s Award for Corporate Social Responsibility, and graduated at the top of his class.

this is our ROTARY FAMILY DAY, so above and beyond all days,
Gary Callahan is in his 4th year as Superintendent of Petaluma City Schools and 29th year as an educator. Previous to his tenure in Petaluma, Gary served as Assistant Superintendent in the Roseville City School District. He holds five credentials in education and has taught students from preschool to the university level. When not leading the largest employer in Petaluma, Gary serves as CEO of a non-profit foundation for underserved youth and is a lead instructor for the North Coast School of Education. He is currently teaching a Leadership course to over 30 prospective Sonoma County administrative candidates. Gary is also a Certified Gallup Strength Coach.
