The meeting room was all decorated up for St. Patrick’s Day. We were served a tasty meal of potato soup and Irish stew. MC Doug Alexander gave an interesting talk on the history of St. Patrick’s Day and regaled us with stories of past St. Patrick’s celebrations at Rotary, some of which got quite out of hand.
Pianist Gilda Treleaven Graham entertained us with Irish songs.
Allen Goudie gave the toast.
Keith Rever won two of the major door prizes - a golf package compliments of Access Communications and a bottle Bushmills Irish Whiskey. Other door prize winners were Mark Stepan & Fred Wagman.
