
Final instalment of Regina Rotary Clubs’ $250,000 commitment to Souls Harbour.

The new home for the Souls Harbour Rescue Mission is named after it's originator Gerri Carroll. Dignitaries cutting the official opening ribbon on December 19th made particular mention of the donation by the Rotary Club of Regina.

The first floor will have a free clothing store, soup kitchen services & emergency beds, the second & fourth floors will have residential suites for low income individuals. The third floor will have a 54 space day care.
