Service Above Self Awards were presented by Stewart Graham, Chair Honors & Award Committee to:
- Ian Toms for his dedicated service to Rotary as past club President, current Community Fund Treasurer and principal organizer of this year’s 80th Carol Festival, and
- Leslie Toms for her service to the club as floor director of the Carol Festival for many years.
