Service Above Self Award – Floyd Manz
Floyd Manz is an ideal Rotarian – personal integrity, high ethical standards, timely leadership, and he spells out the Rotary Four-Way Test.
When executive positions were needed a few years ago, Floyd stepped up to serve as President for a second time; he organizes the monthly bingos to raise money for our community projects; and stepped up to fill a void when the club’s Treasurer passed away suddenly.
He recently returned from a trip to Togo Africa where as a member of a Rotary team he administered polio vaccine as part of Rotary International’s Polio Plus initiative.
