The “All-Clubs” 2018 Christmas Banquet was held at the Delta Hotel On December 14, 2018.

This year the traditional Regina Rotary Club’s Xmas noon luncheon meeting was replaced with the opportunity to join fellow Rotarians throughout Regina.

The evening included entertainment from the Notables (a four member singing group),  an opportunity for all five clubs to report on their main activities or sponsorships during the year, along with the traditional turkey buffet, door prizes, 50/50 draw,  and “good news” reports.

The three international students were Introduced & asked to tell us how they would celebrate Christmas in their respective countries – Germany, Brazil, and Belgium.

Mitch Zaba, President of the Regina Club presented Carol Festival cheques of $3500 each to Access Communication Co=operative for their Children’s Fund and the Salvation Army for Christmas hampers.

The presidents of the five Rotary Clubs in Regina would like to organize at least four “all clubs events” during the Rotary year. This was the first.  (Past events have included BBQs at Rotary Park.)
