Jennifer is the Paleontological Field Director of Red Tail Environmental.

Red Tail is bridging the gap between Native American traditional cultural values and scientific archaeological studies. Our team of SOI qualified archaeologists and Native American monitors provide quality services to our primes by utilizing a variety of technical tools to reduce field, lab, and reporting costs, while increasing the accuracy and reliability of resource documentation. Red Tail has the ability to facilitate direct consultation and communication between local Native American tribes, project proponents, and lead agencies. Red Tail is the only Native American owned and operated cultural resources firm in California.

Red Tail has participated in over 2000 Native American monitoring and cultural resource projects for a wide variety of clients and agencies. Red Tail also coordinates with Tribal Nations to maintain best management practices that ensure tribal values are upheld while completing all projects in a timely fashion.
