With nearly 20 years of industry experience, he has dedicated his career to advancing energy efficiency, home performance, building science, solar, storage, and electrification. Spencer's holistic expertise spans both technical and business domains, including curriculum development, business strategy, construction project management, and software design.
Currently, Spencer balances his curriculum development, training schedule and cutting-edge software development at Home Energy Academy with his position as a part-time Senior Product Line Manager for Enphase Energy's Home Energy Management Systems. Known for his dynamic teaching style and ability to distill complex concepts into practical steps, his formal training as a speaker and facilitator enhances his impactful educational delivery.
