The “Ideas Team” brainstorms creative ways to improve the Engineers. Club and its impact on the Dayton Community. Twice a month team members share ideas, discuss details, and forward recommendations to the Board of Governors. Team members often help develop and execute implementation plans.
The major focus of the Team is to bring in new members to the Engineers club and to develop activities for these members.  The Team also focuses on outreach to organizations involving STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and sharing the Historical achievements of Dayton Engineers Such as the Wright Brothers, Patterson, Deeds, Kettering, Fraze, Nutter and others. Club members are welcome to join the group at noon on the second and fourth Thursday of each month in the Club Dining Room.  Or they can forward ideas to the team by mailing them to the Club addressed to “The Engineers Club of Dayton – Ideas Team”.
