| At our August 16th meeting the Burlington Police Department's Lieutenant Glen Mills spoke to us about the importance of having emergency bleeding control materials available at all times. Such equipment can save lives if someone suffers an accident resulting in significant uncontrolled bleeding which can result is death within a few minutes.
