Baytown Kiwanis president Renee Rhodes, seated, flashes a presidential smile as she signs documents to re-charter the Circle K club at Lee College. The Kiwanis board voted unanimously at its June board meeting to assist students in returning the Kiwanis family presence to our local community college. Joining members of the Kiwanis board in the picture were Texas-Oklahoma Circle K Adviser Hunter Faubion (fourth from left), Circle K International student trustee Jennifer Tuttle (fifth from left), and 2017 Division 28 Key Club lieutenant governor Bobby Scherer (third from left), a recent graduate currently enrolled at LC and assisting in the recruitment of new Circle K members. The new club plans to grow by recruiting 2017 Key Club graduates who are moving on to Lee College.
