As a 49-year-old work-from-home father of three teenagers, Paul was an expert desk-sitter during the day and nights, and a “Daddy-Uber” driver after school. Frustration with weight gain, chronic back spasms, and a sedentary lifestyle took its toll. Paul blindly accepted that you keep pushing through when others depend on you.

The data from a newly purchased Fitbit, activity tracker, revealed hints of possible solutions which led Paul to experiment with changing “how” he approached his work-style. Fast forward five years and Paul has walked over 50% of the distance around the Earth and through his blog and podcast, has developed step-by-step work and lifestyle strategies to help other professionals reinvent their wellness, reclaim their time and live their best lives.
