Overview of current real estate market

A lot has and is happening in the Sarasota area Real Estate market.  MANY new developments in Lakewood and Palmer Ranches commanding premium prices.  Many "pocket developments" on small patches here-and-there.  Prices for existing homes creeping upward and condo prices beginning to increase as well.  Throw in tax law changes and rising interest rates and it is for sure what you knew a year ago is no longer true.  Or is it?
