Kiwanis One Day Fun With  Children  & Golf
Saturday, October 27th as many of you know, the Early Learning Coalition is having a Mini Golf Halloween Party called "Tee Time for Tots" from 9 am to noon on the same day.  As the ELC is looking for many volunteers to staff this event, in talking to Ana McClendon at ELC it became obvious that we should combine our efforts.

Ana can use 25 or more volunteers so it's a great way to  bring together members of the Kiwanis family (as KI wants us to do).  She needs 10 to 12 folks at 8 am on the day of the event to help setup while the rest of us need to be there by 8:30 for the tee- off time of 9.  Benefits for the volunteers include water, pizza, and a free round of golf.  And of course, you can buy whatever you like at Evie's as well.  The party will be over by noon.

Event Chair Clark will be passing around a clipboard at lunch for names and phone #'s.  This should be a terrific way to increase our participation with an organization we already support.
