Election minutes
Elections were held by President Elect Michelle Mason:
Election #1 1 year Foundation Board seat, Sherri Urfer was the nominee. Michelle asked if there were any nominations from the floor and there was not.
Allen Levin moved to close and approve, Joy Horne-Jones second, all approved. Sherri Urfer will be seated on the Foundation Board for a 1 year term.
Election #2 1 year Board of Director seat, Allen Levin was the nominee. Michelle asked if there were any nominations from the floor and there was not.
Joy Horne-Jones moved to close the nominations from the floor and approve, Sherri second, all approved. Allen Levin will be seated for a 1 year term on the Board of Directors.
**There is also a 2 year term seat on the Board of Directors due to Karen Misantone resigning. Michelle took nominations from the floor, there were none. Carolyn Jones-Penn, the chair for the nomination committee will ask club member Eric Nicholes if he is interested and an election will take place at the Nov. 15 club meeting.
Nov 15th, Election held to fill 2 year term on BOD, Eric Nichols was elected unanimously.
