Wednesday’s Program Speaker - Tracy Seider, CRS, Re/Max Hall of Fame Realtor

A lot is happening in the Sarasota area Real Estate market.  MANY new developments in Lakewood and Palmer Ranches are commanding premium prices.  "Pocket developments" seem to pop-up on small patches here-and-there.  Prices for existing homes are creeping upward and condo prices beginning to increase as well.  Throw in tax law changes and rising interest rates and what you knew a year ago is no longer true.  Or is it?  Whatever is happening YOU need to know.  Tracy will bring members and guests up to date Wednesday. Don't miss it.

Suggestion: This is a unique opportunity.... Invite quests who are home owners or considering home purchases in the Sarasota area.

Food Drive - We're at 2,277 pounds; just short of 50% of our goal.  Read the full food drive status report posted on our website's home page (LINK HERE ). And of course bring a donation to Wednesday's meeting.

Midnight Pass Road Cleanup -  Saturday, March 24th.  Meet-up at  8:00 am, St. Michael's Church on Midnight Pass Road.  It's always a nice walk while doing good.

March Board of Director's Meeting - Tuesday, 5:30 pm March 20th at Mary-Lynn Desjarlais' office on Stickney point road.  All members are of course welcome.

Don't Forget  - Kids Need Kiwanis!   It's why we do what we do.

An update on the K-Kids at Wilkinson

An update on the K-Kids at Wilkinson K-Kids Club Tee shirts.  The front of the shirt has the  expected K-Kids logo.  However, the back of the shirt (shown in the photo)  was designed by the members.  Each member submitted a design and then the designs were voted on by the membership.  The design represents K-Kids four core values:  "Character Building, Leadership, Inclusiveness, and Caring."  Important values for everyone for sure.

On behalf of the K-Kids “Thanks for  the support that made it possible for every member to have a tee!”
