Dress Code: red casual Rosarian T-shirt with white shorts or slacks (khaki if you don't have white). Bring your own lawn chair.
Rosarian committee members will arrive at 8:30 am setting up signage for the different areas and starting to distribute the equipment to the designated area. Snacks and a light lunch will be provided.
Rosarian day-of-the-event volunteers will arrive at 9:00 am, finish distributing the equipment, and set up the designated areas.
The participants will arrive at 10:00 am, first going to registration, then inspection,....and escorted through the process with the start line/escort volunteers.
11:45 Opening Ceremony
Noon Races Start
Closing Ceremony and distribution of awards at end of Race, planned to occur between 2:30 p and 3:00 pm.
