Delegation will include 11 members of the club from Sapporo and one Friendship Force member from Montreal. Our local hosts will also welcome the delegation. The group is coming to visit the Friendship Force Columbia Cascade club. We visited them last year. Friendship Force is an international cultural exchange organization, the purpose of which is to "break down the barriers that separate people." It was founded in 1977 and Jimmy Carter and his wife were on the original advisory board.  We visit other clubs, nationally and internationally, and stay with families in their homes to learn about their culture. The Sapporo group will be here for a week and will take part in some Rose Festival activities, as well as celebrations of the 65th anniversary of the Portland/Sapporo Sister City relationship.

Attire: White suit, capes, gloves, hats, Greenjacket/black pants for those members without white suit
