Cinco de Mayo Immigration Ceremony

The Royal Rosarians will serve as the honor guard for new citizens takin their oath of citizenship.

Where:  Tom McCall Waterfront Park in the big tent

When:  Rosarians please arrive by 12:40 PM for a 1PM ceremony

Attire:  Whites, capes, gloves, hats; new Rosarians without whites may wear green jacket and black pants
