The Fox Cities Kidz Expo returned to the Fox Cities Exhibition Center in downtown Appleton on April 9th after a two-year COVID pause and by all the smiles and laughs from attendees, this year’s event delivered.   The Appleton Fox Cities Kiwanis estimates that 4,000 attendees visited the Exhibition Center for a day of Fun, Education, and Adventure-the focus of the event.
This year the Fox Cities Kidz Expo provided more than 60 activity booths, displays and activities, mascots, balloon artists, food concessions, and face painters that engaged with attendees throughout the event, and an entertainment stage that was active with demonstrations, music, magic, and fun.  New this year to the event was the Kiwanis n’ Cops n’ Kids Program readings to connect attendees to other children-focused initiatives of Kiwanis.

The goal of the Appleton Fox Cities Kiwanis Club when the Fox Cities Kidz Expo was created was to provide a free event for families that was educational, fun and adventurous and that goal was achieved gain this year.  The success of the 4th annual Fox Cities Kidz Expo could not happen without the support North Shore Bank, who was the Presenting Sponsor of the event and all the volunteers on the planning committee.  The Appleton Fox Cities Kiwanis Club believes that the Fox Cities Kidz Expo is becoming an established part of the fabric of our community, and we look forward to providing the event again in 2023.
