Jan 31, 2023 7:15 AM - 8:00 AM
On February 10th, our meeting program will consist of the presentation of foundation checks to 3 organizations which will take about 15-20 minutes. We would like to take the remaining time to talk with the club regarding a membership drive using the "Two For Two” Kiwanis program. Jen and Creative Downtown is one of the organizations who will be at the meeting therefore I need to get Izzy to school that morning and most likely will not get to the meeting until 7:40a-7:45a. I’m hoping that the membership committee can lead the discussion on "Two For Two” Kiwanis program with our members and I would like to see if this group is available for a meeting on Tuesday, January 31st at 7:15am via Zoom so that we can talk about how we want to approach this discussion on growing our members. If you are interested and able to attend, please let me know and I will send out the meeting and zoom information. Nothing warms the soul like a warm meal! If preparing food and serving is one of your strengths, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. We need volunteers from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Typically, when we get there we help set up different items, then serve the food to those coming through the line. Once they're done eating, we wipe down the tables and chairs. It goes very quickly, and we always enjoy doing this. |
